New Position – Customer Solutions Consultant
iFACTS wants to create a strong team of talents with growth potential. You get the opportunity to quickly take on a lot of responsibility and work in close cooperation with customers concerning implementation projects and customer service.
You are interested in governance, risk, insurance & claims management. Currently Information & Cyber Security and GDPR are hot topics. Many sectors are interested in digitalising their Governance, Risk & Compliance processes (GRC).
iFACTS competence areas are wide, a general profile is more interesting than being a specialist. Academic education is preferable for example, system developer, business, law, engineer or similar.
iFACTS will train you in its proprietary software. Developed using the latest technology with .NET Core, SQL database and modern report tools. There will be extensive opportunities to influence how the software is developed in cooperation with our customers.
iFACTS works agile with quick decisions catching opportunities big and small constantly adding business value to the software. The development team in Malmö and Bucharest has solid experience in many different areas. As customer solution consultant you work in close cooperation with the development team, according to Scrum & KanBan principles.
The daily work consists of customer contacts to develop customer business processes, and to configure and develop the software. You will work in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager, but also independently with the customer. Your daily tasks include application support, installation, delivery and documentation.
To be successful in the role as customer solution consultant, you are involved, responsible, and service minded. You need excellent analytical and communicative skills and you want to work with problem solving for both internal and external stakeholders. Fluent Swedish and English is needed.
