iFACTS Project - Web based project management and control
Most organizations have a large number of active projects. A variety from small internal improvement projects to vital business critical projects that will affect financial result and competitiveness. iFACTS Project provides management with a consequent reporting and monitoring of all projects presented as a performance score 0-100%.
Web technology helps the Project responsible with documentation and analysis. Common work steps are to document the Project in terms of sub projects and activities, milestones and dates, budget, objectives, responsibilities, classification and dependencies. A web questionnaire is used to measure to what degree the Project is following guidelines and other requirements. Project risk assessment is performed continuously during the project time frame. An important measure to monitor is the "Project projection", a burndown chart of how much is produced, how much resources are spent, and what is left?

Dynamic setup of inventory content All the steps in the Project inventory wizard are created by the administrator.
Requirement trigger Classification, applicable law and risk assessment can trigger requirements from the requirement list.
Plan trigger Classification, applicable law and risk assessment can trigger plans from the PPP plan list..
Calculation supports entering a calculation for each asset for example Project EML or calculation of BIA.
Dependency component to establish dependency connection between organizational assets and activities. Presented in a graph with critical line and dependency information.
Integration with Risk management, GAP, Event, Audit, Riskportfolio, INSMAN and the ONTRACK dashboard.
Event monitoring with connection to management approval and other roles and responsibilities.
Audit connected to the Audit module for automated audits and inspection programs.
