iFACTS on - Project Management

Almost every organization has a large number of projects going. A variety from small internal improvement projects to vital business critical projects that will affect financial result and competitiveness. To management it is important to monitor these projects and instantly react if the project deviates from plan, for example budget or time.

The iFACTS software is built generic and supports any Project management model in terms of control and monitoring. But it is necessary to establish a common structure and language meaning that all the projects can be monitored in the same structure and the same KPIs. Examples of such settings are:

• Project type [Administrative-Sales-Customer]
• Business Critical [Low-Medium-High]
• Budget [€50000-€200000-€100000]

Establishing of KPIs is done in the Measurement portal. Some examples for a typical project :

• Budget
• Projection
• Milestone tollgates passed

The Risk assessment tool is used to assess and monitor Project risk. iFACTS is scenario based and the scenarios are customized. Examples of such scenarios:

• Critical project steps are late delaying the delivery more than 10 working days.
• Key project personnel leaves the project delaying more than 20% and budget up more than 10%.
• External resources fail to deliver, delay+30%, budget +40%...etc.

With iFACTS all Project data is entered into the same database. The same goes for all other corporate data. Available to management and everyone else in the organization clearly showing how it all connects.
