iFACTS PPP, Policy, Plans, Procedures - Web based document management system

iFACTS PPP document management has special features to help write and communicate policies, rules and other documentation including continuity plans, checklists and procedures.

To make sure that policies and/or rules are followed, measurements or other types of returning activities can be connected to each document and are followed-up periodically by the management.

Settings of each document make it quick and easy to communicate to relevant target groups, for example to department management, system owners or users.

iFACTS PPP is integrated with the other iFACTS modules, for example Event management where all follow-ups are handled - or directly accessed in the Asset management portal including calculation of the Asset performance score if the required document is late or on time.

iFACTS PPP  functionality

Dynamic setup of organizational structure and roles in the main administration, creation of company tree and roles. Connection to active directory.

Create documents based on template, word document or on starting a new.

Document Wizard will lead you through all steps.

Responsibilities are chosen directly from the company tree and roles.

Settings and coding such as confidentiality, framework, audit, date or approver.

Contact persons or roles for the document.

Periodical activities are created for the document, such as daily backups. This is connected to the responsible "To-do" List and will alert if not completed.

Distribution  The coded document will appear to the different roles in their portals. For example Project responsible, IT system responsible, CISO.

References contain active links to internal and external documents.

Connectivity with all iFACTS modules.

Search can be conducted according to selection on all registered data, for example, organisation, status, category, role etc.

Reports  In the report generator a wide variety of reports/settings can be created and presented in probability/consequence charts or in text reports.  All of these reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, Text.
