iFACTS on - ISO EN 9001.

Many organizations have implemented a Quality Management System and been ISO EN 9001 certified. A Quality system software needs to support:

• Policy and guidelines
• Business process documentation
• Roles and responsibilities
• Measurements
• Incident reporting
• Continuous improvements
• Audit

Quality systems have a long history (BPR, TQM, ISO EN 9001, TS16949...) but the interaction with other Management systems has unfortunately not succeeded very well. New Management systems have been introduced as a separate new system with no interaction with the existing Quality system.

iFACTS is organised in different modules that together support the requirements from a Quality system such as ISO EN 9001. For example:
