Insurance handling

iFACTS INSMAN - Insurance handling - To produce, monitor and distribute insurance policy.

In the module Insurance handling all the necessary data is entered to produce insurance policies.

Example of insurance information:

• Insured values and rates.
• EML/PML.
• Physical location data.
• CATNAT zones.
• Risk score.

In the administration, insurance lines are created, for example:

• PDBI.
• Liability.
• CIT (Cargo).
• CAR/EAR.

INSMAN Insurance handling functionality

Dynamic setup of organizational structure and roles in the main administration, creation of company tree and roles, creation of insurance lines. Connection to active directory. Access control system.

File upload via document management function and connection to insurance policy.

Templates for wordings and conditions.

Communication center that can be used for data collection and update of values.

Report templates customization of insurance policies. Can be printed to Word/Excel/PDF.

Connectivity with external data sources such as other incident reporting systems or risk scenario tools.

Periods and archive. Support for several insurance years and history.

Report generator. A wide variety of reports/settings can be created and saved as templates.  All of these reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF.

Search can be conducted according to selection on all registered data, for example, insurance number, type, location, line, result etc.
