iFACTS Incident & Event - reporting and handling of incidents, accidents, nonconformities, recommendations etc.

iFACTS Incident & Event is the single point of entry to report, handle and follow up on all types of events such as incidents, accidents or non-conformities.

Full integration is provided with the other iFACTS modules such as Risk Management, GAP or PPP with support for automatically generated events.

  • Dynamic Forms enables creation of forms and fields by system administrator. Different types of events often require different information, for example loss report, accident or audit non-conformity.
  • Event Category/Handler is connected. For example categories such as fire, break-in or injury are connected to designated responsible persons within the organization.
  • "To-do" List connects Events and Follow-ups directly to the responsible persons.
  • Report generator to search and define reports including charts and export to PDF, Word, Excel.   
  • Dynamic Report Templates to automate police reports, insurance report or medical report.

 

iFACTS Incident & Event functionality

Dynamic setup of organizational structure and roles in the main administration, creation of company tree and roles. Connection to active directory.

Dynamic setup of inventory content. All the steps in the Report wizard are created by the administrator.

Integration with Risk management, GAP, Event, Audit, Riskportfolio, INSMAN and the ONTRACK dashboard.

Monitoring with connection to management approval and other roles and responsibilities.

Audit connected to the Audit module for automated audits and inspection programs.

Report generator a wide variety of reports/settings can be created and saved as templates.  All of these reports can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF, Text.

Search can be conducted according to selection on all registered data, for example, organization, type, status, category, role etc.
