The iFACTS software is the single point of entry for organizational data which is a helpful start for compliance efforts. All organizational functions, processes, resources and interdependencies are already in place.

• In the GAP module web questionnaire/checklist are designed and web distributed in the organization. Target groups can be roles such as management, project owner, process responsible etc.  The GAP can be presented in percentage[ 0-100%] or other presentation formats such as bar chart, spider chart, pie chart, text report and more.

• You check the top five Compliance indexes and that the follow-up work is on plan.
• You check 8 categories of organizational assets (Project, IT, Facilities etc.) by reviewing the performance score 0-100%.
• You check the top risks for all subsidiaries and the aggregated portfolios looking for risks above acceptance level.
